Judy Arnall
Judy Arnall, a Labatt Family Talk consultant based in Calgary, is an authority on non-punitive, respectful parenting and family relationships. She has been teaching normative parenting at several educational institutions for almost 20 years. An authorized Trainer of the Parent Effectiveness Training program (P.E.T.), Judy currently teaches at the University of Calgary and Alberta Health Services. She is the author of Discipline Without Distress: 135 Tools for raising caring, responsible children without time-out, spanking, punishment or bribery, plus the DVD Plugged-In Parenting: Connecting with the Digital Generation for Health, Safety and Love.
Judy is also a popular public speaker and has been an expert resource for CBC, CTV and Global TV as well as magazines including Chatelaine, Today's Parent, Canadian Living, Parents Canada and Canadian Family. Judy is a mother of five, including two teens.
